ATM System Engineer

Job description / Role

We are looking for an ATM System engineer holding experience in Wincor Nixdorf products specifically, below are required skills of candidates.

Reporting to: Team Leader

Main responsibilities:
- Site Inspection, site installations and Customer/Custodian training.
- ATM/Cheque handler Hardware & software support.
- Perform ATM Preventive maintenance as per PM plan
- Coordinate with logistics department to help maintain spare parts.
- Coordinate & communicate for service calls.
- Workshop repair and other duties
- Supervise and provide support to Junior Engineers and Technicians
- Provide onsite and in-house training for colleagues and customers
- Handle call escalations

Number required: 1
Desired start date: As soon as possible
Probation: 6 months as per UAE Labor Law

Requirements

- 3 years experience in Wincor ATM products.
- Full ATM knowledge on both hardware and software.
- Must come from an ATM background.
- Gender Preference: Male
- Any Nationality
- Number of open positions: 2
