Audit Senior

Job description / Role

We are looking for a qualified CA, ACCA or CPA to join our team in Dubai as an Audit Senior.

Job Responsibilities:

• Completion of external audit assignments across a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Ability to handle large audits independently and also supervise a team of auditors.
• Must have the skills to plan the audit, identify risk areas, prepare the audit strategy and execute / supervise execution of the audit efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Caseware software is advantageous.
• Supervise and mentor audit associates.

Reporting to: Audit Manager/Partner

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm

Requirements

• The ideal candidate must be currently based in the UAE, must have a minimum of 5 years of external audit experience of which at least 3 years should be post qualification experience.
• Preference will be given to candidates that have local audit firm experience in the UAE, are currently working in an audit firm or have continuous audit firm experience over the last 5 years.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and ISAs is a must for this role!!
