Auto Spa Supervisor

Job description / Role

• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in polishing automobiles and performing related services.
• Assist customers desiring services as automobile waxing, tinting and polishing.
• Supervise personnel engaged in polishing and tinting.
• Oversee and perform minor repair and simple jobs independently regarding polishing & basic painting job, removing dirt on painted panel and removing of minor scratch.
• Inspect equipment for wear and arranges for repair or replacement as necessary.
• Keep records of daily receipts, employee time and wage data, and supplies used.
• Monitor and maintain the available appointment schedule for each customer.
• Train the service staff to carry out the service objective.
• Ensure that each service lead time should be with customers in advance.
• Treat customers with honesty, integrity and commitment to MBI principles.
• Ensure cleanliness of workplace, polishing tools, material and customer's car being worked on.
• Know the correct names of vehicle body/panel parts and components

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• The ability to follow complex instructions
• Ability to think analytically
• Planning and organizing
• Written and verbal communication in English (Arabic language would be an added advantage)
• Basic PC Skills MS Word and Excel
