Job description / Role

Experienced and results-driven Autoline Expert with comprehensive expertise in module-level operations, issue resolution, report development, and system validation. Strong track record in handling month-end and year-end processes, troubleshooting cross-functional issues, and leading process improvements across finance, logistics, POS, and reporting modules. Adept at guiding team members, managing support at all tiers, and driving successful project implementations. Also skilled in validating dashboards using QlikView and Power BI, with a strong focus on data accuracy, reconciliation, and print/stationery configurations, and end-to-end DMS support.

Core Competencies:

Finance Module Expertise:
• Nominal Ledger: Daily verification, report validation, error/issue fixing, and month/year-end closing
• Sales Ledger & Purchase Ledger: Error resolution and month/year-end closing processes
• VAT Module: Compliance checking, reconciliation, and error correction
• Asset Register & Accruals: Validation, adjustment, and monthly/yearly closing
• Management Accounts: Error fixing, report development/amendments, reconciliation, JV uploads, and database copy/validation.

Reporting, Printing, and Analytics:
• Autoline Reports Development and validation of financial and operational reports across all modules
• Dashboard management - QlikView and Power BI
• Cost center mapping, data reconciliation, and issue resolution in BI platforms
• Autoline Forms & Format Stationery: Configuration, formatting, and troubleshooting
• Print Manager & Spooler: Error/issue resolution and printing process optimization

POS and Purchase Control Systems:
• POS Module: Error fixing, posting table setup, and validation
• Purchase Control: Operational issue handling and system validation

Logistics and Inventory Management:
• Warehouse Management System (WMS): Error resolution and process validation
• Stock Management: Audit support, error fixing, and generation of FIFO aging reports
• VM Module: Posting table setup, validation, and month/year-end closing activities

System Monitoring and Scheduling:
• Agent Scheduler and Agent Log: Monitoring, error detection, and issue resolution
• Database operations: Copying, validation, and maintenance across environments

Salary:
AED 23,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
