Automated Mobile Tester

Job description / Role

An innovative and progressive technology company, based in a state-of- the-art facility in Abu Dhabi, have engaged SwissGulf Partners to assist in growing their team rapidly.

We need a Mobile Tester with a minimum of 4 years’ experience. Ideally you will have European experience. You will be responsible for supporting the preparation, implementation and monitoring of the product quality plan in accordance to the requirements and ensure the delivery of a quality product. In addition being open to learning new technologies & software, and being able to do so easily & effectively is highly desired.

Responsibilities
• Developing specific test cases for new features, capabilities and overall system functionality
• Conducting the required tests and studies on our products and operating environment
• Understand and develop test plan and ensure execution of daily/weekly test plans
• Automation of QA Testing of iOS and Android Apps
• Automation of QA Testing of server side applications like backend web services (APIs), and media streaming services (e.g. using tools like Selenium, JMeter, etc.)

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience of mobile testing
• Experience working on Mobile QA automation is required
• Experience in testing Mobile apps both iOS and Android
• The ability to understand and create Test Plans, Test Cases, and Traceability Matrices.
• Experience in testing Backend (server side) systems and services
• Experience in testing live media/video streaming applications
