Automation Sales Manager

Your new company
- An international engineering solutions company specialising in automation solutions within Oil and Gas are looking to recruit a regional sales manager to join them as soon as possible.
- The company has a presence in 13 countries and over 300 engineers across the globe. For over 20 years, this company have been delivering control and automation system solutions to customers in the energy, chemicals and oil & gas industries. With a customer centred focus, this company work in close partnership with customers in order to improve their profitability and productivity.

Your new role
- In this job, you will be required to develop business across your defined territories. It is essential that you are confident in developing and maintaining long lasting relationships with the accounts that you will manage.
- You will be a driven individual who is able to deliver on sales but is also able to monitor and report back on sales revenue and achievements/pipeline in line with company processes.
- It will be your responsibility to encourage brand awareness and help to develop marketing collateral that will increase revenue.
- You will be based in Dubai and need to have extensive knowledge of the UAE market, you will be expected to travel for sales generation.


What you'll need to succeed
- It is essential that you are well versed in the UAE Oil and Gas market and be familiar with selling direct to ADNOC.
- The company desire someone with a minimum of 10 years’ experience of selling automation systems.
- To be selected for this role, you must have a bachelors in Electronics or a relevant electrical engineering degree, an MBA would be a bonus.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is also key for this role.
