Automation Specialist - Robotics

Transguard Workforce Solutions have been engaged by our client to source an Automation Specialist - Robotics. Our client is a leading financial company in the UAE.
As an Automation Specialist based in Dubai, this role will be focused on driving efficiency of the Operations through replacement of repetitive, manual processes with agile, organically-produced Robotic Process Automation (RPAs) to increase customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and divert critical manpower resources to other more important aspects in enhancing customer service.

This position includes automating entire processes, making key data more visible to support better decision-making, ensuring compliance on relevant legislation and solving business problems related to staff forecast and schedule properly for each different channel by identifying broken processes and improving employee performance across channels.

Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in ;

• Identifying opportunities, developing proposals and roadmap for transformation initiatives
• Conducting Operations walkthrough and developing business case
• Leading analysis and developing solutions roadmap including funding, team structure and delivery model. (Including target state operating models, change management process and KPI metrics)
• Developing and delivering Business enablement , discovery workshops and Trainings on best practices and methodologies
• Partnering with LOB leaders on key initiatives to develop opportunities and translating them into executable roadmaps.
• Helping develop and foster a culture of “Process driven Transformational Thinking”
• Cultivating key relationships with Finance and Business Sponsors, Technology, Business architecture and other teams.
• Communicating outcomes to promote “Robotics Automation and Business Process transformation”
• Conducting regular analysis regarding the effectiveness of the initiatives and make timely and thoughtful recommendations regarding changes to strategy.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must have :

• A Min 3 - 4 years’ work experience facilitating business process improvement, process re-engineering, process design and/or Lean Six Sigma project
• Expert level knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS VISIO
• High level communication skills and be able to produce documentation to a high standard.
• Experience in working with matrix organizations and handling ambiguity and unstructured environment
• Solid understanding of the SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) and the requirement management lifecycle.
• Certification in one or multiple RPA and/or other emerging automation technologies is a plus
