Job description / Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Battery Technician & Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in automotive battery systems, alongside exceptional sales and customer service skills. You will be responsible for diagnosing battery issues, performing installations, conducting tests, and providing expert advice to customers on battery products and services. Your ability to blend technical expertise with sales acumen will be crucial in driving customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets within this competitive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot automotive battery issues if any warranty claim is there and ensuring accurate assessments and solutions to the customer.
- Analyze warranty return batteries, identify the faults and route causes and send feedback to the factory for improvement
- Educate customers about battery features and maintenance practices to get enhanced battery life and cost saving as well
- Responsible for promoting and selling automotive batteries to battery dealers, repair shops, workshops, online sellers and corporate customers
- Achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the business.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Identifying and reaching out to potential new dealers and convince them to start business with us as per company business policies.
- Ensure receivable collection on time, as per agreed transaction policies.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer experience, sharing insights and best practices
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and excellent service.
- Educate dealers on proper inventory management on regular basis to reduce warranty claims
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in automotive battery warranty management or similar technical roles.
- Having experience in Battery Dealer Management/Sales with technical education background may apply too
- Strong sales and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Basic understanding of automotive electrical systems and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Fluency in English & Hindi; knowing Arabic will be an added advantage.
- Physically fit, ready for extensive travel and able to handle the demands of the role.
Salary:
AED
3,500 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Sales Incentive, Full time functional car with fuel allowance, health insurance, festival bonus, etc.
