Job Description – AV Specialist

Information Technology Specialist Qualifications/Skills:
• Very good knowledge in Audio Visual technologies like
• Microsoft teams / Skype / Other Video solutions (Polycom / Logitech / Barco / Professional displays / Extron / Crestron
• Basic troubleshooting on Extron / Crestron programming
• Very good trouble shooting on all above solutions
• Experience in Customer direct supporting
• Knowledge in Desktop /Laptop/ Windows Servers / Printers day-to-day calls
• Experience in Direct IT Support for Senior Executive level users
• Knowledge in Windows / Mac operations
• Good Communication skills and interaction skills
• Knowledge in IT Asset management
• Data Cabling knowledge
• Knowledge of updated technology on AV

Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a computer field
• Work experience dedicatedly in AV solutions
• Detailed product knowledge
• Daily Task ( Proactive checklist )

About the Company

Innovations Group was established in 1994 under the name of Innovation Commercial Brokers. The company was formed as a sole proprietorship company spearheaded by its Managing Director, Ashish Nanda.
