B1.3 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer

Job description / Role

Abu Dhabi Aviation is looking for rotational B1.3 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer primarily responsible for line operations and maintenance activities for onshore and offshore based helicopters carried out by ADA. The B1.3 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer will work with the Chief Engineers, to provide aircraft to support all line and base operations activities.

• Contract Rotation: 8x4 or 6x6

Essential:
• AML with current ratings on ADA operated aircraft
• Proven experience in an offshore helicopter environment (line/base maintenance)
• 10+ years of engineering experience, with growing responsibilities
• Safety Management training
• Knowledge of GCAA, CARC, EASA, FAA
• Knowledge in Basic MS Office Programs
• English proficient (minimum ELP 5)
• Mentoring and training skills
• Able to react calmly and positively under pressure
• Solid trouble shooting and decision making skills whilst under pressure
• Good communication skills

Desirable:
• Degree in Aircraft Maintenance Management
