Position Title: B2B Outdoor Sales Manager - 5* Hotel
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus quarterly incentives

About the Client:
A 5-star luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi that embodies a perfect blend of heritage, modern luxury, and exceptional service

- Proactively identify, develop, and convert new B2B and B2C business opportunities including corporate accounts, travel agencies, event organizers, and individual guests to meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals for rooms, events, and F&B.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, on-site visits, personalized follow-ups, and professional account servicing to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Represent the property at trade shows, corporate networking events, and industry exhibitions to enhance brand visibility; Conduct sales calls, client presentations, and property tours to generate new leads and strengthen market positioning.
- Continuously monitor competitor performance, industry trends, and customer behaviour to provide actionable insights and support strategic planning.

Salary:
AED 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
