Job Description
• Conduct structured discovery calls (phone, video, or face-to-face) to uncover business goals, challenges, budgets, decision-making structures, timelines, and existing solutions, while building rapport and maintaining a professional, approachable environment.
• Leverage experience in investment, accelerators, or incubators to assess business maturity, scalability, and fit, ensuring leads are accurately categorized into the appropriate business model.
• Collaborate with Sales teams for smooth prospect handoff, and provide feedback on recurring patterns, objections, or high-value opportunities.
• Capture detailed call notes, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure all discovery data is updated to support effective lead management and follow-up.

• Bilingual speakers (English-Arabic), ages 25 – 38 are highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Entrepreneurship, or related field
• At least 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, business development or client discovery roles from venture capital, accelerators, incubators, or investment group.
• Proficient in CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 17,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
