Position Title: B2B Sales Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Up to 7K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus company car

About the Client:
A Dubai-based retail and wholesale distributor offering plush toys, activewear, and a range of consumer goods, with a focus on innovation and tailored solutions to support client success

- Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities in sectors such as sports apparel, customized hotel items, toys, and corporate gifting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including hotels, gyms, schools, sports clubs, and corporate entities by understanding their needs and providing tailored product solutions.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position products. Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and ensure relevant, up-to-date product knowledge.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including negotiations and closing deals. Coordinate with internal teams and provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to drive performance

- 40 years old & below
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience & proven ability in B2B sales negotiation, and relationship management with a strong track record of meeting targets.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite, B2B sales, negotiation, and relationship management with a strong track record of meeting targets

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
