Rebrand is a leading provider of personalized branding solutions, specializing in custom apparel, accessories, and fragrances. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

* Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support.
* Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
* Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients.
* Client Management: Manage existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales performance and develop action plans to meet targets.
* Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients.
* Performance Analysis: Track sales team performance and provide feedback and coaching.
* Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product offerings and industry trends.

Qualifications

* Minimum of 12 years of experience in apparel and accessories sales.
* Proven track record in sales management and leadership.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* In-depth knowledge of the branding and marketing industry.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools.
* Valid UAE driver’s license is a must

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
