Synopsis

The Manager B2B Sponsorships is responsible for planning, managing, and executing high-profile B2B sponsorships, events & exhibitions. This role ensures the successful delivery of these initiatives, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance Etihad Airways brand presence and commercial opportunities.

Accountabilities

- Plan, manage, and execute B2B sponsorships and events, ensuring alignment with Etihad Airways strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize brand visibility, engagement, and commercial success.
- Identify and secure B2B sponsorship opportunities that align with Etihad Airways brand and business goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics, ensuring cost-effective and timely execution.
- Negotiate contracts with event organizers, vendors, and service providers to secure favorable terms.
- Oversee the design of sponsorship materials, including booths, signage, and promotional items.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for events planning and execution.
- Measure and report on the success of sponsorships, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry associations, and corporate partners to enhance sponsorship opportunities.

- A bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in event management or sponsorships, with a focus on B2B exhibitions and conferences.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale sponsorships and events.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in budget management and cost control.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
