Job Description:
• Lead and motivate B2B sales agents to achieve targets; provide coaching and training to enhance performance.
• Collaborate with the team to identify new opportunities and ensure alignment with sales goals.
• Guide the team in identifying prospects and ensuring exceptional customer service to retain clients.
• Monitor sales metrics, set daily/weekly targets, and provide reports to management; track progress and implement improvements.

Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience from digital and consumer technology industry
• Must have strong knowledge of fiber, wireless services, CCTV, and POS solutions
