We are seeking a caring and responsible Tagalog-speaking Babysitter/Nanny to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional childcare services on an on-call basis, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of various ages. Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and compassionate care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Engage children with age-appropriate activities, including play, educational tasks, and outings.
- Assist with basic childcare needs such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and diaper changes.
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment for children.
- Follow parents' instructions and household routines accurately.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's day, behavior, and needs.
- Be available for on-call assignments, demonstrating flexibility with working hours.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and hygiene standards relevant to childcare.

- Fluent in Tagalog with strong communication skills.
- Proven experience as a babysitter or nanny, preferably in an on-call setting.
- Genuine love and patience for children, with the ability to handle multiple age groups.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsive to urgent childcare needs.
- Knowledge of child care and safety protocols.
- Ability to engage children in stimulating and educational activities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Willingness to work flexible hours on call.

Salary:
AED 2,000 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
