The key responsibilities are as follows:
HR:
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Provide HR support and advice to employees and line managers
- Arrange yearly air tickets/encashment for staff as applicable - Work closely with the PRO and government officials to get employee/ family visas etc
- Preparation of Employment offers
- Knowledgeable with DMCC & Mainland Company to government liaison regarding license, establishment card, lease renewal processes and other government related requirements
- Oversee the processing and monitoring of local health insurance benefits, submission of claims and renewal of group policy.
Finance: - Supplier payments - Petty Cash and Expenses
- Prepare monthly payroll of the company, check on completion and send out payslips.
Operations:
- Coordinating company’s leasing cars and gadgets - Receptionist duties
- Company’s documentation archiving
- Office set-up & ordering supplies - Ongoing IT related issues (telephone and IT assets inventory), coordination with local IT services company
Remuneration: AED 7,000 to 9,000 (depending on experience) per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements
Back Office Manager Role Requirements:
- Knowledge of HR functions (Payroll, Compensation & benefits, recruitment, employee exit procedures)
- Good understanding of UAE labour laws and disciplinary procedures
- Experienced in recruitment (Screening), Onboarding and end of service processes and procedures
- Basic Accounting - Knowledge of the legislation & employment
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in HR/Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years’ experience of HR/Administrative role
- Driving license (not mandatory)
