Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• In-charge in the preparation of all doughs, pastries, cakes, sweets, sugar decorations and butter carvings;
• Able to operate all machinery in pastry and bakery room, maintains quality standard set by the department and ensure that HACCP procedure has been followed all the time.
• Checking of orders Received from flight.
• Checking of all chillers and freezer and ensure the cleanliness and all items is labelled.
• Check all stock items in Pastry store (date, expiry, cleanliness).
• Preparing all types of breads, cakes, sweets, fresh sweets.
• In-charge in the cleanliness of the working area.

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years experience in the same role
• Knowledge in safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Good communication skills are required.
• Ability to work with the team.
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
