Position Title: Commis – Bread Section
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 1.5K AED depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A premium bakery brand in Dubai known for its artisanal pastries, breads, and exquisite desserts combining French Flavors with contemporary innovation.

Job Description:
- Assist in preparing and baking a variety of bread, including artisan loaves, baguettes, and soft breads.
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters safely and efficiently.
- Shape, score, and decorate bread as per brand standards.
- Work with senior bakers and chefs with daily production and special orders.

Qualifications:
- Open to Asian nationals
- 25 – 40 years old
- At least 2 years relevant experience in F&B industry

Salary:
AED 1,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
