Banking and Finance Associate - 2-5 PQE

We are seeking a highly motivated Legal Banking and Finance Associate with 2-5 years PQE to join our prestigious US law firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in project finance, preferably with a common law qualification and knowledge of Shari'ah law.

Description

- Assist clients in structuring and executing project finance transactions.
- Provide legal support in Islamic finance matters, ensuring compliance with Shari'ah principles.
- Conduct legal research, draft contracts, and review documentation.
- Build and maintain client relationships, understanding their business needs.
- Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams for successful transaction execution.
