Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsible for supporting the Head of Compliance Monitoring & Testing Control Unit in scoping, designing, developing and conducting all forms of Compliance Monitoring and Testing across all business and support functions as well as within Compliance itself across the Group

Duties:
- Designing, implementing & executing the Group Compliance Risk Assessment framework (i.e. methodology, procedure & reporting) & integrating within the ORM RCSA & BRCC framework across the Group.
- Overseeing the execution of Compliance Risk Assessment framework in respect to the all International Branches & Subsidiaries (Local & International).
- Designing, implementing & executing the CMAT framework (i.e. methodology, procedure, testing & reporting)
- Designing, implementing, executing, and developing the Compliance Monitoring Plan (CMP)
- Ensuring and managing all Compliance Management Self-Identified Issues & entering them into Risk Management Solution (ARC Logic)
- Managing the team and acting as a backup for the Head of CMAT Unit.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge and experience of scoping, designing, developing and conducting all forms of Compliance Monitoring and Testing audit style methodologies, processes and testing frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Compliance Frameworks (i.e. Compliance Charter, Compliance Grid, Compliance Manual, Compliance Policies and Procedures, Annual Compliance Plan, development and roll-out of Training, the production and delivery of MIS & Reporting Training) ideally within multiple regulatory jurisdictions.
- Strong knowledge of Compliance systems, such as “AML/CTF Monitoring”, “Sanctions Screening”, “Client On-Boarding (i.e. KYC/FATCA)”, “Conflict of Interest Registration & Clearing”
- Strong knowledge of Compliance transaction and customer monitoring and control procedures (i.e. AML/CTF Monitoring”, “Sanctions Screening”, “Client On-Boarding (i.e. KYC/FATCA)”, “Conflict of Interest Registration & Clearing”
- Strong knowledge of UAE rules and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of international and cross border rules and regulations (i.e. OFAC, UN and EU sanctions regimes, FATCA, FATF and BIS).
- Strong knowledge of bank KYC on-boarding and KYC refresh procedures
