Charterhouse is working with a an elite global law firm who is looking to hire a Common law qualified Banking & Finance Solicitor to join its leading team in Dubai. The firm would be interested in strong candidates with 1 to 4 years post qualification experience, gained at an international law firm experience.
About the role
The role will involve working closely with some of the leading Partners in the UAE market, in relation to mix of banking and finance matters. The works for high profile financial institutions, companies and government entities with an excellent profile in the region and globally. The firm is interested a Common law jurisdiction qualified Solicitor, from 1 to 4 PQE level with experience gained at an international law. The work covers bilateral and syndicated loans along with projects, asset and Islamic finance work, so experience of some and an interest in developing a broader skill set is essential.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be a Common law jurisdiction qualified Solicitor, from 1 to 4 PQE level with experience gained at an international / legal directories ranked law firm. The work covers corporate lending, acquisition, leverage, projects, asset and Islamic finance work. So experience of some and an interest in developing a broader skill set is essential. Arabic language skills are not a prerequisite. The firm is interest in candidates already in the region or looking to relocate from the UK, Australia, and New Zealand etc. Excellent top of market, tax free remuneration on offer.
