Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an elite global law firm who is looking to hire a Common Law qualified Banking & Finance Solicitor with NQ – 3 PQE to join its market leading team in Dubai. The firm would be interested in strong candidates with general banking experience, gained at a legal directories rated international law firm.
The role will involve working closely with some of the leading Partners in the UAE market, in relation to mix of banking and finance matters. The works for high profile financial institutions, companies and government entities with an excellent profile in the region and globally. The work covers corporate lending, acquisition, leverage, projects, asset and Islamic finance work.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be a Common Law jurisdiction qualified Solicitor, from NQ to 3 PQE level with experience gained at an international / legal directories ranked law firm and an excellent academic record. So experience of some and an interest in developing a broader skill set is essential. Arabic language skills are not a prerequisite. The firm is interest in candidates already in the region or looking to relocate from the UK, Australia, New Zealand etc. Excellent top of market, tax free remuneration on offer.
