Banking & Islamic Finance Solicitor 4 - 8 PQE+

Charterhouse is working with a global law firm that is looking to hire a Banking & Islamic Finance Solicitor with 4 - 8 PQE + to play a key role in its practice group.

The role will involve a full mix of banking work, covering the conventional and Islamic finance aspects of the full range of finance legal work i.e. corporate lending, acquisition, leverage, RE, project finance etc. The role will be to work closely with the Partners in relation to working on high profile projects across the UAE and broader EMEA region.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be an experienced banking Lawyer, based either in the UAE with a leading law firm, or interested in relocating from the UK, Australia or New Zealand etc. Our client is interested in a high calibre individual who will be able and comfortable working independently and / or within a team structure. Experience with Islamic finance is ideal, although candidates interested in building on their experience in this area are also of interest.
