Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Banking Officer (Business Setup background/ Banking background) to join our dynamic team.

The role involves managing and processing a wide range of concierge services for clients, including banking assistance, dependent visas, Emirates ID registrations, driving licenses, and more. You will be a key liaison between clients and various departments, ensuring smooth processes and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell concierge services such as Dependent Visa, Emirates ID Registration, Driving License, MOFA Attestation, Car Registration, PO Box setup, etc.
• Facilitate banking applications and consultations to help clients choose the best bank for their business needs.
• Educate clients on documentation, bank policies, and timelines for account openings.
• Assist with business plans and compliance-related queries to ensure account approval.
• Track client progress via internal systems like Zoho, and provide weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
• Maintain and build partnerships with banks,and stay informed on various organization policies.
• Ensure zero escalations, keeping clients and stakeholders updated on their application status.
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure smooth workflows and timely service delivery.
• Prepare regular reports and maintain databases for ongoing, on-hold, and pending client requests.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• 1-2 years’ experience in business setup or banking/financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience in client consultation.
• Proficient in Zoho and other CRM systems.
• Driving license is required.

NOTE: this is a shift basis role, and the candidate may be required to work on weekends.
