Job Overview
The Banking Support and Financial Services Consultant is focusing on banking and financial services upsell. Ensuring that we support our onboarded clients with their needs to open a corporate and personal bank account while monetizing the transaction.
Responsibilities
Reach out to our active client base under the management of Virtuzone, non-VZ clients, and the clients of our business partners outsourcing the banking service to VZ to assist with corporate and personal bank account opening.
• Connect with clients and present at least 2 banking solutions (one digital and one physical).
• Collect necessary documentation.
• Profiling and initial screening and due diligence prior to submission to banks.
• Connect clients to bank RMs and arrange meetings to discuss possible solutions.
• Monitor the bank account opening transaction end to end.
• Market Research and liaise with a set of banks to establish strong relationships and increase account opening chances.
• Understand market behaviors and onboard clients with the best possible banking service.
• Run client insight feedback.
KPIs
• Successfully open 20-30 bank accounts per month (personal and corporate).
• Reach out to 100% of newly onboarded clients monthly.
• Strict compliance with a 24h response time. (phone call, email, Whatsapp).
• Adhere to your work schedule (Mon to Fri from 8:45 am to 6:00 pm).
