Banquet Supervisor

As a Banquet Supervisor, you will look after all aspects of a banquet or event, including set-up, food presentation, serving, and cleanup while focusing on detail and quality presentation and customer service.

What you will be doing:

- Managing the event from beginning to end, including planning before the event, coordinating with event staff during the event, and arranging for cleanup after the event.
- Managing all aspects of the event including guest services, entertainment, decor, food, beverage, and security.
- Coordinating with the Event Magnifique Manager to ensure that the event is held smoothly.
- Monitoring the event to ensure that it runs smoothly and according to schedule.
- Ensuring that all event staff are trained in their responsibilities and familiar with the venue layout and protocol.
- Coordinating with other heartists to ensure that all equipment is in working order and available on time.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Previous experience in similar Job role or minimum 3- 4 years' experience as Banquet Captain in 5-star hotels.
- Must possess good communication skills for dealing.
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills.
