Bar Attendant

What you will be doing:

• Welcomes guests and provides a high standard of restaurant service.
• Promotes the F&B offer.
• Offers an attentive service to guests, adapting to any constraints.
• To set up the bar, glassware, juices and garnish set up and unlock the beverages.
• To accept drink orders from food and beverage servers in proper BOT's to keep service bar at optimum level of service.
• To avoid free pouring under any circumstances.
• To register and control breakage & spoilage of beverage.
• Contributes globally to guest satisfaction through the quality of his/her work and exemplary behaviour.
• Helps increase the restaurant's revenue through his/her sales efforts.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

• Candidate must have previous F&B Experience
• Warm and caring personality
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team with minimum supervision
• Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
