About the Client:
A prestigious, luxury 5-star hotel located in the heart of Dubai, renowned for its exceptional service and world-class hospitality.

Job Description:
• Ensure the bar is fully stocked with liquor, wine, mixers, garnishes (like lemon, basil, olives), and clean glassware, especially during peak hours.
• Keep the bar area tidy by cleaning spills, restocking supplies, and organizing bar tools in line with Italian restaurant standards and hygiene practices.
• Help deliver drinks, refill water, and occasionally engage with guests to maintain the welcoming and warm Italian dining atmosphere.
• Cut and prep fresh ingredients used in Italian cocktails and mocktails

Qualifications:
• Female, 38 years old and below
• At least 2 years experience in the similar role from Italian restaurants or high-end luxury establishments
• Familiarity with common bar tools and Italian drinks is a strong advantage
• Preferably with pre-opening operations experience

Salary:
AED 9,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
