Bar Manager

You are a business manager and marketing specialist for the exceptional service of our Bar Experience. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding offerings makes guests feel valued.

Ensuring the Bar outlet operates successfully and is profitable in accordance with the standards of the hotel.

What you will be doing:

- Responsible for the overall operation and co-ordination of Bar outlet of hotel.
- To ensure that the Bar outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statements and adhere to Company and Hotel Policies & Procedures and Minimum Standards.
- To assign responsibilities to subordinates and to check their performance on a daily basis.
- To handle guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and seek for immediate solution, assure follow up with guests.
- To ensure the smooth operation of the Bar Department.
- To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Knowledge on the bar products (preparation instructions)
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as a leader of a team
