Position Title: Bar Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 16K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips and service charge

About the Client:
A fine dining restaurant and lounge that serves authentic Uzbekistan and international cuisine
Job Description:
• Manage and supervise all bar staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure that the bar is operating efficiently and profitably, including managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their bar experience and that any complaints are addressed promptly.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring that all staff are following proper sanitation and safety protocol
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 38 years old and below
• Open to Russian speakers and European nationals
• At least 4 years of experience in the UAE; 2 years in the similar position
• Experience in a fine dining or Michelin starred restaurant that serves alcoholic beverages
• Must be available to join on March 15, 2023
