Position Title: Bar Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 7.5K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus duty meals
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
The hiring company is an international food and beverage company handling various well known restaurant brands.
Job Role:
• Responsible for managing the bar and bar team.
• Manages procurement of all resort beverage and bar supply requirements on time and within budget
• Ensures proper mixing, serving, and presentation of beverage and drinks
• Creates and ensures that the opening and closing checklists are followed
• Makes recommendations and answering all related inquiries.
• Responds to guests’ orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
• Observes relevant health and safety standards.
• Maintains complete knowledge of all our foods and beverages, outlets, services and hours of operation
• Takes orders from serving staff and directly from the guests
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to Any nationals
• Male/Female, 35 years and below
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in the same field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as Barista or related field
• Preferably from a casual/semi fine dining Turkish restaurant
• Must be amenable to work in standing position for long hours
• Excellent communication skills
