Job description / Role
• Responsible for managing the bar and bar team from team attendance, inventory, training new members, equipment maintenance.
• Manage procurement of all resort liquor and bar supply requirements on time and within budget.
• Ensure proper mixing, serving, and presentation of drinks.
• Create and ensure that the opening and closing checklists are followed.
• Responds to guests’ orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner, making recommendations and answering all related inquiries.
Requirements
• Male, 40 years old and below
• Must have at least 3 years work experience in the same role preferably from a casual dining restaurant
• Vast mixology experience in creating refined beverages is a must
• Immediate joiners will be prioritize
