Bar Supervisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bar Supervisor who can oversee the entire bar operation in the hotel.

What you will be doing:

- Ensures the work area is ready for service with pre- and post-service checks completed
- Engages in guests' interaction in a sensitive and appropriate manner
- Supervision and direction of bartenders and bar backs
- Ensure standardization and consistent beverage preparation, presentation and quality
- Monitor and control bar beverage stocks and ensure efficient use of products
- Assist and direct wait staff when necessary
- Encourage team work and communication with bartenders and wait staff

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- One year of bar supervisory or leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Stock and financial accuracy and resolution skills
- Motivational and a passion for developing others
- Computer and MICROS proficiency
- Ability to maintain high standards when working under pressure
