Position Title: Barback
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus tips and service charges

About the Client:
An international French fine dining restaurant in Dubai
Job Description:
• Assist with opening and closing duties, such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins
• Ensure bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer
• Check taps and appliances to confirm that they are working properly, making minor repairs, or changing out kegs, if needed.
• Keep the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and empty
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Europeans and Western nationalities
• At least 2 years of experience as a Barback
• Should have an experience in working at high end / fine dining restaurants or 5-star hotels and FnB hospitality groups,
• Should be highly presentable, good English communication skills
• Pre-opening experience is a plus
