Barista

Job description / Role

• Follow the company policies as outlined in the Employee handbook and Barista’s training Manual.
• Maintain positive attendance record, report to duty always prior to your shift.
• Follow the company’s standard operating procedure and all sanitation.
• Always follow all the hygiene standards in the Bar or Drinks preparation area of the restaurant.
• Consistently practice all Personal Hygiene standards.
• Maintain and follow all standard recipes as per eggspectation.
• Keep ready all the Items to run the operation smoothly.
• Maintain temperature record for all the Freezer and Chillers allocated for Bar.
• Cleans and Maintains all the Bar area clean and fresh.
• Maintain the Coffee Machine and the other equipment such as the Blenders, Juicers, Mixers, knives, etc.
• Perform side work duties assigned.
• Stock taking and Inventory (Daily, Weekly and Monthly).
• Be time efficient, monitor and Control all the Beverages dispensed on time.

Requirements

• Education Qualifications: High school degree
• Nature and length of previous experience: 2 years’ experience in F&B
• Soft Skills and Personality traits: Good communication skills
• Language Fluency: English
• Current Location: UAE
