Position Title: Barista
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3.8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
The hiring company is one of the leading group of companies in the UAE based in Dubai with successful track records in retail, fashion, hospitality, interior design and real estate industries.

Job Role:
• Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standard
• Properly handle and maintain all equipment
• Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
• Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures
• Serve customers quickly and efficiently
• Clean work areas, coffee machines, and equipment

Requirements

Requirements:
• Open to European, Russian or Arabic speaker
• 30 years old and below
• Diploma or high school degree or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role, preferably from a high-end casual restaurant
• Must have specialty coffee experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be available to join immediately
