Position Title: Barista
Employment Type: Fulltime
Salary: up to 2.8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus duty meals and tips

About the Client
High-end casual dining restaurant
Job Description:
• Serves beverages according to service standards and get to know and build a rapport with regular guests
• Handles guest orders, prepare drinks beverages, and modify as per guest’s requests, checks the quality and consistency before serving
• Adheres to cash handling and register policies; accurately inputs orders in system and will assist in cashiering and billing
• Cleaning duties and clears tables and plates, glassware etc. when required
• Ensures smooth bar operations and high quality standards and monitors the par stock and inventory in the store
• Confidently discuss all menu items with the guest, and assist with guest’s queries in an informative and helpful way
Requirements
• 45 years old and below
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience as a Barista
• Must have full knowledge on a wide variety of hot and cold beverage preparation methods and ingredients
• Must have knowledge in latte art and espresso machine operation
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
