Job description / Role

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees, as per company standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace and seating area.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed during shifts.
• Operate coffee-making equipment and troubleshoot minor issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Continuously learn about new coffee trends and techniques to enhance skills and guest experience.

• Proven experience as a Barista in a specialty coffee environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, equipment, and latte art.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for coffee and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and a team-player mindset.

Salary:
AED 2,500 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
