Job description / Role

• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
• Take customer orders, handle payments, and provide accurate change.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including counters, equipment, and seating areas.
• Stock and replenish food and beverage items as needed.
• Educate customers on menu items and make recommendations when appropriate.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including food handling procedures.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Uphold the brand image and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Previous barista or food service experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
