Position Title: Barista

Salary: up to 3,500 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus centralized tips

About the Client:
Small boutique café in Dubai Mall, offering coffee, snacks, and a relaxed vibe

Job Description:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages according to café standards.
• Greet customers, take orders, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily café operations.

• Open to Asian nationality, 35 years old and below
• Minimum 2 years of barista experience in the café or F&B industry
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment handling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
