Position Title: Barista
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3.8K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus tips, duty meals, and uniform.

About the Client:
An established Levantine café and restaurant based in Dubai.

Job Description:
• Prepare and serve espresso-based and specialty beverages according to brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the coffee bar and equipment.
• Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all drinks served.
• Support daily operations by restocking supplies and assisting team members during service.

• Male, preferably 35 years and below; Asian nationals are highly prioritized.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, or hotel.
• Skilled in espresso machine operation, milk texturing, and latte art.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible with shifts.

Salary:
AED 3,800 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
