Job description / Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our Frenchised cafe team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will craft exceptional coffee and provide outstanding customer service in a vibrant and authentic French café environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to café standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring an excellent café experience.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, supplies, and equipment, reporting shortages as needed.
- Stay updated with coffee trends and continuously improve beverage preparation skills.
- Assist in training new staff members on coffee preparation and customer service protocols.

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role within a café environment, preferably French or European styled.
- Strong knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods, and equipment maintenance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Passion for delivering a high-quality coffee experience and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
