Job Description:
§ Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food while ensuring the clubhouse, lounge, boardroom, and PT room are set up, clean, and resident-ready at all times.
§ Deliver a personalized resident experience by greeting residents by name, communicating menu offerings, events, and allowance usage with discretion and professionalism.
§ Manage daily operations including POS transactions, inventory control, stock takes, and cost management to minimize waste and maintain par levels.
§ Take full ownership of the clubhouse during the shift, working collaboratively with the amenities team, maintaining standards, and showing initiative without direct supervision.

Qualifications:
§ Open to Female Filipino nationals, aged 35 years and below.
§ Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Barista in a café, hotel, clubhouse, or high-end residential setting, with strong knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing methods, and basic food handling standards.
§ Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional, resident-focused approach, always delivering high-quality service.
§ Well-groomed and organized, able to work independently while consistently maintaining high service and presentation standards.

Salary:
AED 4,500 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
