Bartender

Job description / Role

• To ensure the smooth running of the bar station
• To assist in order taking for both food and beverage in the bar areas
• To assist in the delivery of food and beverage in the bar areas
• Responsible for delivering service standards that conform to Standard Operating Procedures SOP’s

Requirements

At least 2 years international bar experience working in a similar high profile, high volume operation or 5* hotel. Must be creative and able to create new cocktail recipes. The candidate mus have a High School Diploma. A catering school diploma would be advantageous.
