Position Title: Bartender
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: up to 7.8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A prestigious, luxury 5-star hotel located in the heart of Dubai, renowned for its exceptional service and world-class hospitality.

Job Description:
• Assist in setting up the bar area, ensuring that all necessary equipment, glassware, liquor, and garnishes are stocked and properly arranged.
• Work closely with the management team to familiarize the drink menu and ensure proper knowledge of all ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation standards
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and preparing beverages quickly and efficiently.
• Assist in training other bartenders and bar staff on proper service standards, drink preparation, and hygiene practices.

Qualifications:
• Male, 38 years old and below
• Preferably with degree or certification in hospitality, bartending, or mixology
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a bartender, ideally in an Italian restaurant, or high-end luxury establishments is a must
• Must have strong knowledge of mixology, bartending techniques, and drink presentation, with a focus on Italian cocktails and beverages
