Join our vibrant team as a bartender at SO Uptown Dubai. We're looking for a skilled and charismatic individual to create unforgettable experiences for our guests in one of the world's most exciting hospitality destinations.

• Craft and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails, to meet our guests' preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and local liquor laws.
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
• Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure seamless service.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and mixology techniques.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and cash handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bartending certification preferred.
• Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) required.
• Knowledge of local liquor laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with Dubai's hospitality industry is a plus.
• Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
