Join a leading hospitality company in Dubai operating several award-winning venues known for premium dining and world-class guest experiences. This is a seasonal six-month opportunity with the option to transition to a permanent position based on performance. You will be part of a dynamic team working across a portfolio of high-end venues with strong earning potential through tips and service charge.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, and premium beverages in line with brand and recipe standards.
• Deliver outstanding service to guests, maintaining attentiveness and professionalism at all times.
• Manage bar mise-en-place, stock levels, and cleanliness during and after service.
• Collaborate with floor and bar teams to ensure seamless guest experiences across venues.
• Upsell premium selections and support overall revenue goals.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations as per Dubai Municipality standards.

Requirements

• 2–4 years’ experience as a bartender in fine dining or luxury hospitality venues.
• Strong cocktail-making skills and product knowledge.
• Fluent English required; a European language is mandatory.
• Presentable, vibrant, confident, and guest-focused.
• Tattoos and piercings are celebrated.
• Previous experience in high-volume, fast-paced service environments required.

Additional information

This is a seasonal contract (6 months) with the potential to move to a permanent role based on performance. Multiple vacancies are available across several leading venues in Dubai. Candidates based outside the UAE are welcome to apply. Flights, visas, and medical costs are fully covered for relocation.
