Job description

• Follows all steps of service.
• Provides superior service behind the bar by preparing drinks according to recipe standards.
• Ensures all stock is up to par levels.
• Completes daily inventory and informs servers, managers, bar back of any changes.

Qualifications

• Service focused personality is essential.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a must.
• Strong beverage knowledge with experience in fine dining bar service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service.
